This website itself is an example of my work in and of itself. I designed the site using a blank template from Wix and optimized the SEO for Google, which I will update regularly to stay current.
Below is a real Estate Design Newsletter I created for the Ahern+Kalmbach real estate team in Mailchimp. I chose and edited the photos, wrote all the text, and formatted the newsletter. I also made sure all the photos and logos linked to the appropriate website to generate user engagement across our company website and listings.
This was a concert announcement email I sent out for the Oakland Arena, created on TM1.com (the backend of Ticketmaster.com). I used content sent by the tour's PR team and formatted the email to match the aesthetic of the content they sent.
All of the photos and buttons in the email link to the appropriate third party website. I chose the future shows to list at the bottom of the email based on research I conducted about the target market for the show in question.
Social Media Posts
These posts were created in Hootsuite and then scheduled to auto-post a week later. Hootsuite and other related social media posting softwares allow me to schedule and plan out social media campaigns weeks in advance. MC Hammer retweeted one of my posts which can be seen above.
I wrote this blog post as part of a series on different communities in Marin for the Compass Real Estate Team Ahern + Kalmbach. The communities were all places that the team commonly sold real estate in and it was important to establish a story about each community in order to appeal to different people that might live there. I created this logo for my own personal brand in Adobe Illustrator. I downloaded the full Adobe Suite app in order to teach myself Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. I also designed this entire website using a blank template from Wix.com.
